Once a race is complete, the first-place winner, their vehicle and the time logged in minutes, seconds and milliseconds is shown in the chat. This example shows the time a player took to drive between Nomtauk and South Beach on I-76. All locations are pre-set within the game map- you cannot race to points that require a map change. Racing also allows for players to compete with other players to see who can drive the fastest between two points.
This feature was first introduced in August 10th, 2018, the street racing update, allowing players to street race in-game. Street Racing is a game feature that allows players to complete a distance between two specific points in-game while being timed.
